Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage, browned or 1 1/2 c. ham, cubed
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of garlic salt
    green pepper (optional)
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Put bread in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with sausage or ham. In blender, mix eggs, milk, margarine, onion salt, mustard, garlic salt and green pepper (if desired). Pour over bread and meat. Sprinkle cheese over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until done. You may top with crushed potato chips the last 15 minutes of baking.
