Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole green chilies
    1/4 to 1/3 lb. Jack cheese, cubed
    4 eggs, whipped until thick and foamy
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Place chilies in bottom of greased casserole dish. Arrange cheese in and around chilies.
    Pour beaten eggs over all. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Top with black olives.
