Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Post Natural Raisin Bran
    1 c. buttermilk or substitute milk with tsp. vinegar or lemon and let stand 5 minutes
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Blend flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl. Stir in cereal.
    Add buttermilk (or substitute), oil and egg. Blend until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not overmix.
    Fill lightly greased muffin pan 2/3 full.
    Makes 1 dozen.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    If desired, lightly brush melted butter over batter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking.
