Nonalcoholic Eggnog(Yields 1 Gallon) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1/3 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. rum extract
dash of salt
nutmeg
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Stir in milk, heavy cream, vanilla and rum extract. Add salt to egg whites and beat to soft peaks.
Fold into mixture.
