Chicken Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    6 carrots
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. butter
    2 cans corn
    1/2 lb. button mushrooms
    1/2 lb. dried mushrooms
    2 c. chicken broth
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    roux (1/2 c. flour and 1/2 c. butter)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 c. cream
Preparation
    Cube chicken breasts and place in large soup pan with 1/2 cup butter.
    Cook with carrots (sliced thin), and chopped onion.
    Add corn (do not drain), mushrooms, chicken broth and cubes.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Add roux, 2 cups cream and 2 cups Cheddar cheese.
    Do not boil after adding cheese.
    Serve with fresh green salad and your favorite bread to make a delicious meal.
