Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Cream cheese, at room temp
2 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled, at room temp
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup chopped parsley
dash garlic salt
few drops Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation

Fold together all ingredients.
Makes 1 large or 3 small balls.
