Cushaw Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. stewed cushaw
2 c. rich milk or cream
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
lump of butter
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Blend ingredients.
Add nutmeg to flavor.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes or until silver knife inserted into filling comes out clean.
