Ugly Duckling Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 box instant lemon pudding
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail including syrup
    1 c. coconut
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except brown sugar and nuts, in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched and pulls away from sides of pan. (Do not underbake.)
    Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
    Spoon on hot Butter Glaze.
