Mississippi Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Beat egg in bowl. Add milk. Add sugar, flour and cornmeal. Melt butter in iron skillet. Add to mixture. Stir a little until mixed. Pour into iron skillet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
