Parmesan Zucchini Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. non fat parmesan cheese topping
    4 small zucchini, quartered length wise
    1/4 c. egg substitute
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs and cheese topping.
    Dip zucchini in egg substitute, then crumb mixture.
    Place on a baking sheet coated with non stick cooking spray.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
    Yield: 4 servings.
