Shrimp With Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. hot milk
6 very large eggs
3 Tbsp. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

White Sauce:
Heat 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan over medium heat.
Sprinkle in flour; mix rapidly.
Cook 1 minute. Pour in hot milk and nutmeg.
Cook sauce for 8 minutes over very low heat, stirring occasionally.
