Braised Chicken Thighs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped onion
2/3 c. chopped carrots
2/3 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced lemon peel
6 skinless chicken thighs
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1 c. white wine
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, cut up with juice
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
2 bay leaves
2 sprigs parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine onions, carrots, celery, garlic and butter in a large Dutch oven.
Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes.
Add lemon peel and remove from heat.
