Chicken Breasts In Mushroom Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. plain, low-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    2 whole, boneless chicken breasts, halved and skinned
Preparation
    Combine mushrooms and onions in 1-quart casserole.
    Cover and microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Place margarine in 4-cup measure.
    Microwave on High until melted. Blend in flour.
    Add sherry, water, yogurt, salt, pepper and bouillon.
    Stir in mushrooms and onions.
