Spinach Egg Noodles With Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. spinach egg noodles
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk or half milk, half cream
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour; mix to paste.
    Add milk and salt; stir over low heat until creamy.
    Cook noodles as directed on package; drain and place in casserole.
    Pour cream sauce over noodles and heat in moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Top with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve hot.
