Chicken Rice Roger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken
    3/4 c. uncooked wild rice
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1/2 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 chicken bouillon in 1 3/4 c. water, dissolved
Preparation
    Brown chicken with flour.
    Put rice, salt and pepper in greased casserole and add onion.
    Put mushroom juice in it and add chicken and
    pour
    bouillon
    over
    all.
    Dot
    with butter. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
