Lois' Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    1 loaf white bread, cubed
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 onion, chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    hot milk
    salt and pepper
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, bread cubes, eggs, butter, onion, celery and seasonings.
    Add milk until moist but not too wet.
    Place in buttered casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take cover off for last 10 minutes.
