Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini.
Beat together.
Beat dry ingredients into mixture; stir in nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes in three loaf pans.
