Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. peeled and diced apples
    1 c. black walnuts
    1 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sugar and oil; beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in apples, walnuts and coconut. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tested and done.
