Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 c. diced tomatoes or tomato soup
Preparation

Combine ground chuck, rice, onion, salt, pepper and egg; mix well.
Roll in cabbage leaves that have been dropped into boiling water for two minutes and drained.
Cover with diced tomatoes and juice or tomato soup.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
