Egg Salad Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. mustard
    5 slices white bread
Preparation
    Combine eggs, olives and green onion. Stir in mayonnaise and mustard.
    Remove crusts from bread, if desired. Spread each slice of bread with 1/4 cup of the egg mixture.
    Cut each slice of bread diagonally into quarters.
    Makes 20 sandwiches.
