Chipped Ham Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. minced onion
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 garlic clove or dash of garlic powder
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. regular mustard
1 lb. chopped ham lunch meat, sliced very thin
8 hamburg rolls
Preparation

Cook onion in shortening over medium heat until soft but not brown.
Add remaining ingredients except ham.
Mix thoroughly. Bring to boiling point, then simmer 10 minutes.
Add chipped ham and heat.
Makes 8 sandwiches.
