Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
2/3 c. nuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Blend 1/2 minute on low speed; beat for 3 minutes on high speed.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until wooden pick comes out clean.
Cool.
