Cranberry Glazed Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 can whole cranberry sauce
Preparation
    In a saucepan mix all ingredients except pork.
    Cook until thick.
    Place pork in a shallow baking pan.
    Roast in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Spoon half of glaze over pork.
    Continue roasting for 30 to 45 minutes or until internal thermometer reaches 155\u00b0 to 160\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
    Serve with remaining sauce.
    Serves 16.
