Carrot Tea Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    1/3 c. Sugar Twin
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. shredded or grated carrots
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray loaf pan with Pam.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients and blend.
    Stir in remaining ingredients together; add to dry ingredients and beat only until well mixed.
    (Batter is very thick.) Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 1 hour until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Turn loaf out onto rack to cool.
