Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, margarine, syrup and salt in saucepan and cook, stirring continually, over medium heat until it bubbles around edges, about 5 minutes.
    Take off heat and stir in baking soda until foamy.
    Pour batter into two medium or 1 large cake pan over the popped corn and stir well until coated.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
    Put in covered container to store.
