Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 clove garlic, cut fine
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients lightly and shape into 1-inch balls.
    Bake about 15 minutes on broiler pan in oven.
    Put in sauce of choice.
