Lucille'S Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    favorite pie crust
    30 oz. fresh frozen peaches
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch together in saucepan.
    Add cold water and peaches; stir over medium heat to dissolve sugar.
    Let mixture come to a full rolling boil.
    Boil 5 to 6 minutes, stirring.
    Add butter and almond extract.
    Place mixture in a 9 x 9-inch pan; cover with crust.
