Cheese And Tuna Brunch Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna, drained and flaked
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas and carrots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease the 6 cups of a brunch pan or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly, then spoon into the 6 greased cups, dividing evenly.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes, then loosen around edges with a knife and remove with a pancake turner.
    Serves 6.
