Baked Bean And Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. wet mustard
    1 lb. can pork and beans
    1 can yellow butter beans, drained
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain but reserve 2 tablespoons fat. Brown beef and onion in reserved fat.
    Drain.
    Set aside half the bacon for a topping and combine all ingredients in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix well.
    Top with reserved bacon.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
