Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium zucchini
    1 sliced onion
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. crushed soda crackers
    2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    In boiling water, cook zucchini and onion until well done. Drain completely and mash.
    Add oil, grated Cheddar cheese, crushed soda crackers, beaten eggs, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    Put mixture into casserole dish and cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
