Cottage Cheese Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add lemon juice.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Whip cranberry sauce and add with cottage cheese and sour cream to gelatin.
Pour into a buttered 9-inch ring mold; chill until set.
(Unmold and fill center with cream cheese dressing.)
