Garlic Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour (approximately)
    1 c. milk
    2 c. grated cheese (any kind)
    2 large pods garlic, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain.
    Melt oleo in saucepan.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Let simmer; do not brown.
    Add spinach.
    Stir in flour, then milk and cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
    Put in casserole; top with seasoned bread crumbs.
    Brown in oven.
    This is best when made a day before the meal.
