Mississippi Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. (small carton) sour cream
    1 small (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. cornmeal (yellow; if not self-rising, add 3 tsp. baking powder and 1 1/2 tsp. salt)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix well and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
