Betty'S Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    about 2/3 c. flour
    1/6 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add milk, salt and sugar.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Add enough flour to make a batter consistency.
    Do not beat well, batter should be slightly lumpy.
    Add soda and powder.
    Stir in oil.
    Serves 2 to 4.
