Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. plain yogurt (room temperature)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen), thawed and drained (optional)
    raisins or jam (optional)
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients.
    Cut in margarine until crumbly. Mix yogurt, eggs and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients.
    Mix only until moistened.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
