Oh For Gosh Sakes Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lime jello
1 box lemon jello
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. canned milk
nutmeats
12 to 15 medium size potatoes, boiled in jackets
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper
3/4 c. Mazola oil
1/2 c. cider or tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Boil potatoes only until done.
Cool and peel while warm. Slice thinly.
Sprinkle garlic and onion over potatoes.
Add pepper and the oil.
In cup, add salt, vinegar and boiling water. Stir to dissolve salt.
Pour over potato mixture and mix gently. Salad is to be served warm.
A garnish of sliced hard-boiled eggs, parsley and pickles may be added.
Will serve 6 to 8.
