Foolproof Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    dash of salt
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients and cook until clear.
    Set aside. Add salt to egg whites and whip until foamy or standing in peaks. Add to the first mixture. Continue beating until creamy.
    Add 6 tablespoons sugar gradually, beating again until very creamy. Pile on pie.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
