Low-Fat Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. low-fat plain yogurt
1 lb. cooked butternut squash
3 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation

Drain yogurt overnight in a colander lined with paper towel in fridge.
Blend with all other ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Heat and pour over pasta or vegetables.
