Cheesy Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. cut up Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Mix shortening in with a fork until crumbly.
    Stir in cheese and milk. Drop from a tablespoon onto a greased baking sheet.
    Bake for about 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Yields 12 large biscuits.
