Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) grated sharp cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of cayenne
dash of salt
finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Soften cheeses and mix until well blended.
Add pimiento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings.
Mix well.
Chill.
Shape into ball (makes 1 large or 2 small); roll in nuts.
