German Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed well
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. green peppers
    1 small onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Rinse sauerkraut and drain.
    Put all together and mix well.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    The last 15 minutes, put slices of cheese on top and return to oven (uncovered).
