Fettuccine Sort Of Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. low-fat milk
1/4 c. egg substitute
1 medium clove garlic, peeled and pressed
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. fettuccine
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil or parsley
Preparation

Cook fettuccine according to package.
Meanwhile, using food processor or blender, process cottage cheese until very smooth. Add Parmesan cheese, milk, egg substitute, garlic, nutmeg, pepper and salt.
Process until smooth.
