Stewed Tomatoes With Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large tomatoes, drop in boiling water 1 minute to remove skins
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 1/2 c. fresh corn
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter, quarter and add tomatoes. Add corn, salt, pepper and sugar.
    Simmer 20 minutes, stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
