Egg Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread
2 c. grated cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
Place cubed bread, cheese and sausage in layers in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Mix together eggs, milk and custard. Pour over ingredients in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
