Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. dry bread crumbs or cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Thaw
    potatoes\tenough\tto
    separate.
    Melt
    margarine. Combine 1/2 cup of margarine with potatoes, onion, sour cream, soup, salt, pepper\tand
    1\t1/2
    cups of cheese.
    Mix well and pour into
    a
    2
    quart flat baking dish.
    Combine bread crumbs with remaining melted butter and grated cheese.
    Sprinkle over top of potato mixture.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
