Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3 lb. chicken boiled and deboned
    broth from boiled chicken
    3 c. ritz crackers (crushed)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. velveeta cheese (shredded)
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pack into greased 9x13 inch pan.
    Use broth to moisten.
    Bake at 350\u00b0for 45-60 minutes.
