Sausages And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausages
    1 head escarole
    1 can cannelini beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Wash escarole, place in 1 cup boiling water, which 1 teaspoon of salt has been added.
    Bring to boil, approximately 2 minutes. Remove escarole, reserve liquid to be added later.
    Chop escarole and fold into the following ingredients.
