Pineapple Tofu Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. firm tofu
1/4 c. honey
1 c. frozen apple juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. drained pineapple (unsweetened)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour in 8-inch pie crust made of graham crackers.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool.
