Muffins (Using Biscuit Mix) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 3/4 c. Biscuit Mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 egg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Lightly grease muffin tins. Stir mix and sugar together. Mix water and egg thoroughly; add to mix and sugar. Stir until dry ingredients are barely moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
