Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 loaf bread, cubed
3 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, divided
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine everything (except butter).
Mix well.
Reserve 1/2 of cracker crumbs.
Spoon rest of mixture into well-greased baking dish.
Melt butter.
Pour over crackers.
Brown and mix.
Sprinkle over top of chicken mixture.
Cook at 350\u00b0 until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
